This vegan lip tint is infused with Glycerin, to soften and condition dry lips, and Vegan Collagen, for a plumping and firming effect, while Panthenol Niosome – nano-sized particles of Panthenol encapsulated in a spherical niosome structure – penetrates deep into the skin to soothe chapped lips, encourage moisture retention, and inhibit moisture loss.
